For the upcoming two-year term, beginning immediately, the Alberta Wagon Trekker’s Association is seeking a candidate to serve as Secretary.  You would be in charge of  creating meeting agendas and minutes, monitoring board member terms and taking care of filing dates for the organization’s incorporation status;  maintaining the Minute Book and copies of the current bylaws; communicating with members and informing them of meetings; you must be familiar with the bylaws, have access to a computer and email, and be detail oriented and well-organized.
